Terms of use of the free edition
================================================================================

These terms cover the free edition: FacadeOption Sync for Rhino, from Rhino's
Package Manager. By installing or using it you accept them.

1. Free to use. You may install and use it free of charge, on any number of
computers, for any work, commercial work included.

2. Until 31 December 2027. This version stops working after that date; a newer
version from the Package Manager carries on.

3. Not to be passed on or changed. Point others to the Package Manager rather
than passing on its files. Don't sell, rent, change, decompile or
reverse-engineer it, except where the law allows that whatever these terms say.

4. Your models stay yours. A session sends your model, its changes and the
call's sound only to the computers in that session, and announces the
session's name on your local network so others can find it; it sends nothing
to FacadeOption. Sessions have no password: host them on networks you trust.

5. No warranty. It's provided as it is, without warranty of any kind. In a
session others change the model you have open, so keep your own copies of
   work that matters.

6. Liability. As far as the law allows, FacadeOption isn't liable for any loss
from using it, lost work or data included.

7. Changes. A newer version may come with new terms.

FoSync uses these open-source components for its calls, under their own terms,
