Method & engine details
Almond native (built in, no licence): a 3D frame solver for line members. EN 1990 load combinations (SLS G + Q for deflection, ULS for member checks), floor bays and placed models as loads, rigid or simple connections, and an EN 1993-1-1 stability screen (αcr, sway imperfections, P-Δ below 10). Benchmarked against Karamba within 1.3% on deflection.
Karamba3D (separate installation and licence): first-order analysis, also for shells.
L/250 is an indicative deflection screen. This workspace does not establish full project-specific code compliance.

Karamba ModelView documentation ↗A WORKING LIBRARY FOR ARCHITECTURE
Objects, in
every dimension.
From spatial models to the lines on a page.
Explore, draw, and trace every source.

Previews approximate the display mode of the active Rhino viewport. Arctic uses white surfaces and soft shadows; Ghosted uses translucent surfaces; Shaded uses neutral surfaces; Rendered uses the model's material colours.
Scene lighting, backgrounds, edge settings, custom modes and ray tracing are not reproduced. Unsupported modes use material colours. Thumbnails use simplified styling while their 3D previews load. Placed objects use Rhino's actual display mode.

02 / REFERENCE DESK
Know the
source.
A directory for architectural details and drafting references. These are research leads; they are not recorded inputs to the existing Meshy models. Each object carries its own source history.
Access and reuse vary by source. The directory links to external resources; their drawings are not bundled in this archive.
03 / ABOUT THE ARCHIVE
One object.
A connected record.
Almond brings generated 3D models, architectural drawing elements, and derived linework together. A stable object ID connects every representation to its dimensions, metadata, and source evidence.
Built for a working practice.
Search by name, category, tag, or drawing role. Rotate a model, inspect available plan and elevation silhouettes, then take a GLB, SVG, DXF, or A3 sheet into your workflow.
Evidence stays with the object.
Generated GLBs embed an Almond passport. Object records include generation prompts, task identifiers, measured bounds, and known evidence gaps. Reference directories remain separate from actual generation inputs.
Local, and connected to MCP.
The archive reads the canonical Almond libraries on this computer. Saved objects stay in this browser. The MCP repository search uses the same catalogue, and drawings remain linked to their source mesh.
Run almond-mcp library --open to open the archive. Restart the server after adding assets to the manifests.
Representation has limits.
Generated geometry is a design aid. Derived views are projected silhouettes; they do not establish construction assemblies, product specifications, or internal and hidden edges. Drawing elements may have estimated dimensions and separate source terms.
