By installing or using Bagworm (the plug-in files, the example file and the documentation
in this package; "the Software"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not
install or use the Software.

1. Permitted use

   You may install and use the Software free of charge for non-commercial purposes:
   teaching and learning, academic research, and personal projects that are not sold or
   done for payment.

2. Commercial use

   Commercial use needs written permission from the author. Commercial use includes using
   the Software in paid work for clients, in the design of products or buildings that are
   sold, in a company's own product development, or in training or services that are
   sold. Please write to the contact address above.

3. Your designs

   The designs, meshes and files you make with the Software are yours, and you may use,
   publish and print them for any permitted use under section 1. If you publish work that
   used the Software, please cite it (see the Food4Rhino page for the current citation).

4. Restrictions

   You may not:
   a. sell, rent, lend or sublicense the Software;
   b. redistribute the Software, in whole or in part, except by sharing the link to its
      official download page;
   c. modify, decompile, disassemble or reverse engineer the Software, except where the
      law allows this despite these terms;
   d. remove or change copyright notices in the Software.

5. Third-party libraries

   The libraries listed in THIRD-PARTY-NOTICES.txt are not covered by these terms. They
   are used under their own licenses, which are reproduced in that file.

6. No warranty

   The Software is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied,
   including the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and
   non-infringement. The Software computes idealized designs: linear elastic, isotropic
   material, a single load case, and an overhang rule that limits but does not guarantee
   the absence of unsupported material. It does not check strength, stability, fatigue or
   any building or product code. Any design that will carry loads where failure could
   cause injury or damage must be checked by a qualified engineer before it is made or
   used.

7. Limitation of liability

   To the extent the law allows, the author is not liable for any damages, including
   direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages, loss of data, printing material
   or machine time, arising from the use of, or the inability to use, the Software or the
   designs made with it.

8. Termination

   These terms end automatically if you break them. You must then stop using the Software
   and delete all copies.

9. Changes

   Later versions of the Software may come with different terms. Each version is governed
   by the terms supplied with it.
